Job summary

Trimac Transportation seeks experienced truck drivers to join their team in the Chicago market. The role offers a guaranteed weekly pay range with a new sign-on bonus and opportunities for advancement.

You will haul chemicals, dry or liquid bulk goods, and specialized freight, with a dispatch schedule that includes weekly home time and occasional weekend work. Applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL, have Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, a TWIC, and a current Medical Certificate.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required to operate commercial vehicles.
• Current Medical Certificate is required for fitness to drive.
• Tanker and Hazmat endorsements are required.
• TWIC credential is required for this position.
• Pass Trimac safety assessment prior to employment.
• No pump or compressor needed for this position.

Responsibilities

• Dispatched routes with 1–3 nights out, weekly home time, and some weekend work.
• Operate safely while transporting chemicals, dry or liquid bulk goods, and specialized loads.
• Maintain compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
