Job summary

Blue Trucking is seeking an experienced Class A Local Driver for a regional dry van role with drop and hook freight on dedicated accounts. The driver will handle loading duties and operate pneumatic tank equipment within a consistent regional area.

Expected weekly gross pay is around $1,800, with paid orientation and training. Home weekly, Sundays to Mondays departure, and Fridays returned. Equipment includes 2020+ trucks and modern amenities.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• TWIC card required to access ports and terminals.
• Six months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience as a minimum.
• Or twelve months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the previous three years.
• Must complete pre-employment drug screening.
• No pets or passengers permitted.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pneumatic dry bulk freight as directed.
• Haul cement, sand, and limestone on pneumatic tank equipment.
• Assist with loading and offloading duties as needed.
• Train on pneumatic tank equipment is provided.
