Job summary

Herman N Logistics in Salt Lake City, Utah is hiring Class A CDL drivers for regional heavy haul routes across UT, ID, and MT. Deliver no-touch freight in your assigned automatic sleeper, and earn activity-based pay with a $10,000 bonus plan, with home time every week.

You will handle heavy loads over 80,000 lbs, mostly drop/hook with some live load, on mountain routes with winter conditions. The job includes paid orientation, PTO from day one, and health benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers in Salt Lake City, Utah, for regional heavy haul routes across Utah, Idaho, and Montana. Deliver no-touch freight in your own assigned automatic sleeper, earn activity-based pay with a $10,000 bonus plan, and get home every week.

Pay & Bonuses

• Average $97,000 per year ($1,865.38 per week)
• $0.62 - $0.68 per mile
• $0.68 per mile on backhauls
• $25 per stop

Schedule & Home Time

Routes & Freight

• Deliver to stores from the Salt Lake City distribution center
• Heavy haul loads, over 80,000 lbs gross and up to 105,500 lbs
• No-touch freight
• Mostly drop/hook, with some live load/unload
• Mountain and winter driving, with chaining when weather requires

Equipment

• Assigned automatic sleeper trucks
• Dry van trailers
