Job summary

Small Potato Trucking is seeking regional drivers to cover a lane spanning CT, DE, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, OH, PA, RI, VT, VA and NY. Drivers will be home 1.5–2 days each week and handle 3 loads with 16 stops per week.

Pay is $0.52 per mile with at least 1,800 miles weekly, with start times around 4:00–5:00 AM and overnight stays 3–4 nights per week. Candidates must have a DOT Medical Card, a valid Class A CDL, and verifiable trailer driving experience; must be within 50 miles of the city and

Qualifications

• Must have DOT Medical Card and a valid Class A CDL.
• Recent trailer driving experience required.
• No SAP drivers and a clean driving history.
• Residence within 50 miles of the city is strictly enforced.

Responsibilities

• Tailgate product at receivers by hand using hand trucks for larger items.
• Start times are 4:00–5:00 AM at the beginning of the week; overnight stays 3–4 nights per week.
• Drive regionally across CT, DE, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, OH, PA, RI, VT, VA and NY.
• Process 3 loads and 16 stops per week; lane is regional and drivers are home 1.5–2 days each week.
