Thedrivingdesk is seeking an experienced CDL‑A Hazmat Tanker Driver based in Houston, TX to haul regional liquid freight for a dedicated customer network. You will operate primarily in the Midwest and regional corridors, with steady dispatch and late‑model equipment.

This role offers weekly pay of $1,200–$1,800, plus a driver referral program and home time options. Applicants must have Hazmat and tanker endorsements, a valid CDL‑A, TWIC, and a clean safety record.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Tanker endorsement required
• Hazmat endorsement required
• TWIC card required
• Passport preferred for Canadian freight
• Minimum 6 months of liquid tanker experience or 24 months of tractor‑trailer experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong safety record and professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Safely transport liquid tanker freight for dedicated customers
• Operate regional routes throughout: Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Michigan, Canada (when applicable)
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain DOT, Hazmat, and FMCSA compliance
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule
