Job summary

American Driver seeks a Regional CDL A Flatbed Driver for steel, pipe, and coil loads in a solo regional role. You’ll operate 2–3 weeks out with a 48‑hour reset, and stay in 4–6 states with new automatic trucks kept at home.

Expect a strong earnings structure with a $1,500 bonus on first paycheck, per‑load pay in the $1,400–$1,600 range, and additional incentives including tarp, layover, safety bonuses, and rider/pet day one. Full benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months flatbed experience within the last 5 years.
• Proven steel/pipe/coil background preferred (coil priority).

Responsibilities

• Regionally run flatbed freight on steel/coil loads.
• Operate 2–3 weeks out with a 48-hour reset.
• Utilize non-forced dispatch; efficiency drives earnings.
