Pay is $1,300–$1,500 per week plus 27% of load revenue. Bonuses include a $3,000 referral bonus, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and $1,500 after your first load. Benefits include a 401k, medical/dental/vision, paid vacation and holidays, and top‑of‑the‑line equipment (trucks <4 years old).

Responsibilities

• Home weekends with possibility of home through the week depending on your area
• Conestoga drivers - No tarping!
• Flatbed drivers receive $40 tarp pay
• Heavy Haul options available (must have multi-axle experience)
