Job summary

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in the Midwest. You will transport important goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, and building materials on flatbeds with favorable home time and a 34-hour reset.

We offer strong weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, transition pay, orientation pay, and extensive time off. Applicants must have CDL-A, be 21 or older, and pass required checks.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Safe driving record on the road is required.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• 6+ months of driving experience required.
• Background Check required.
• Clean Drug Test required.
• Clean Clearinghouse result required.
• Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (demo/test at orientation).

Responsibilities

• Operate regional flatbed routes transporting materials such as glass, steel, aluminum and other heavy loads.
• Secure loads with tarps and proper restraint methods.
• Meet schedules and home-time expectations, with weekends off on some routes.
• Complete required checks and participate in orientation and transition pay programs.
