Job summary

Ryder is hiring a CDL A Regional Dry Van Driver in Front Royal, VA. Regional drivers can anticipate home time with family and friends while usually being home through the week and/or on weekends or a combination of both.

A regional truck driving job typically consists of moving freight within a region that encompasses the surrounding areas. Trucks are 36 months or newer; start time is 9:00 pm; schedule is Sunday–Friday with routes including VA, PA, MD, OH, CT, NY, ME, DE, NC, SC & NJ.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL A License.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle (9 months in 3 years OR 2 years in 5 years OR 5 years in 10 years).
• Hazmat preferred.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test and Background/MD check, plus DOT physical and Ryder road test.
