Job summary

Small Potato Trucking LLC is seeking CDL-A truck drivers for a hazmat-freight lane moving batteries. The job requires Hazmat endorsement within 60 days of hire and a valid DOT medical card. Trucks use a lift gate and electric pallet for loading and unloading.

Selected drivers will earn about $28.92 per hour on average. The lane runs through AZ, TX, CA, UT, CO, NV, and NM, offering regional routes across the Southwest and West.

• Clean driving record with no more than 2 accidents or violations in 3 years.
• Verifiable trailer driving experience with good employment record.
• At least 21 years old with CDL-A and DOT medical card.

Job description

Freight consists on batteries to be downloaded with the use of a lift gate and an electric pallet. Due to the type of freight, drivers must have Hazmat endorsement within 60 days of hire.

Selected drivers will make $28.92 per hour on average.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Drivers must be able to pass a drug test. SAP candidates are not accepted
• Must have a clean driving record with NO more than 2 accidents OR violations within the last 3 years.
• Verifiable and recent trailer driving experience with a good record employment and driving according to the type of driver, either experienced or graduate.
• Drivers must be at least 21 year old; have a valid CDL-A license and a current DOT medical card
• Drivers must have hazmat endorsement, if they do not have it, we can assist
