Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a regional role covering the 14 Western states. New graduates can start with training, then move to solo runs on Western regional lanes.

Compensation includes weekly pay with post-training rates per mile, a training pay period, a safety bonus, and full benefits after 30 days. Expect 2,300 miles weekly and a mix of day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours of training.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions in past 5 years.
• Cannot have been terminated from most recent employment; all convictions reviewed for safety.
• No DUIs within the past 5 years.
• Solid 10-year work history with minimal employment gaps (max 6 months last year, 1 year in last 3 years).
• Must pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Run lanes throughout all states west of the Mississippi.
• Operate 53' dry van trailers with a mix of drop-and-hook and live load/unload.
• 53' no-touch freight; bi-weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.
• Orientation and training before solo runs; day or night shifts as needed.
• Average weekly mileage around 2,300 miles.
