Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking a full-time regional driver in Texas with a valid CDL Class A and at least 3 months of solo tractor-trailer experience. The role offers consistent weekly pay and a CPM-based compensation with additional load pay.

Expected to unload trailers using a roller conveyor system at customer sites, drive about 1,600 miles per week, and operate within a focused Texas-focused region with some states nearby. Benefits include a full health package and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 3 months verifiable solo Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience.
• Must be able to unload full dry van trailers using a roller system and comply with DOT safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes with a focus on stability and predictable lanes.
• Deliver 2–3 loads per week with 2–6 stops per load.
• Hand-unload trailers using the company-provided roller conveyor system at customer locations.
• Maintain compliance with DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.
