Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver for a regional route serving KY, OH, IN, TN, and WV. The role offers weekly pay, a guaranteed weekly amount, per diem, and comprehensive benefits.

Expect a 40-hour week with potential overtime, paid training, and a Monday–Friday schedule. Drivers operate day cab tractors with 53 Ft dry van or 26' stake bed trailers. Safety is prioritized, and substantial benefits including medical, PTO from day one, uniforms, a 401(k) plan, and more are

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Hold a valid Class A CDL with endorsements
• Pass Ryder drug test
• Pass Ryder background and motor vehicle check including drug/alcohol verification (last 3 years)
• Pass a DOT physical and road test

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and standards
• Maintain accurate records/logs and monitor safety hazards
• Load/unload freight or assist with loading/unloading as required by customer
• Perform other duties as assigned
