Job summary

LEM Trucking is seeking CDL A Truck Driver in Nashville, TN. This regional role offers about 2,700 miles per week with weekly home time and 5–7 days out before a reset. Trucks are late-model, equipped with APUs and inverters, and no-touch freight dominates.

You’ll earn around $1,200–$1,400 weekly depending on mileage, with incentives available through safety and performance programs. Orientation is paid, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 6 months of verifiable tractor trailer experience in the previous 12 months.
• Safe driving history and ability to complete required pre-employment qualifications.
• All regulatory requirements and company policies must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes with approximately 2,700 miles per week.
• Maintain safe driving practices and complete logs and inspections as required.
• Follow company policies and ensure timely, efficient delivery of freight.
