Smart Logistics Group is seeking CDL-A drivers for regional routes based in Pueblo, Colorado. We offer home weekly with brand-new equipment and competitive pay on a per-mile basis, $0.55–$0.85, plus benefits after 30 days.

This position focuses on regional driving from Pueblo with reliable miles and consistent weekly home time. Open to both new CDL graduates and experienced drivers who want strong earning potential and modern tractors.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and US operating authority
• Strong safety mindset and professional attitude
• Willingness to operate regional routes with weekly home time
• Ability to comply with federal and state regulations

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer equipment safely and in compliance with regulations
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
• Maintain logs and documentation per Hours of Service and policy
• Deliver freight on regional routes meeting schedules and customer requirements
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and follow routing instructions
