Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a CDL-A regional driver to operate a dedicated dry van route based in Oklahoma. You will haul loads across Texas and surrounding states, averaging about 1,600 miles per week and 2–3 loads weekly, with weekly home time and a 34-hour rest period.

The role requires a valid CDL-A, at least 3 years of experience, a clean driving record, and a current DOT medical card. You will unload freight using rollers on a sleeper tractor for regional work.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license and clean driving record required.
• Minimum 3 years of trucking experience.
• DOT medical card current.
• No SAP drivers on the account.
• Ability to unload freight using rollers.
• Ability to operate sleeper tractors on regional routes.

Responsibilities

• Haul regional dry van loads across Texas and surrounding states.
• Complete 2–3 loads per week with 1,600 miles weekly.
• Unload freight using rollers at customer sites.
• Follow 53-foot trailer operations and sleeper-tractor procedures.
• Maintain safe, compliant operation and route integrity.
