Job summary

Denali Water Solutions LLC is seeking a CDL-A Lead Driver to travel regionally and cover routes for vacation time or shortages. The role requires operating heavy trucks across interstate routes, performing inspections, and maintaining safety and documentation.

High emphasis on safety, reliability, and timely deliveries. The position offers a $7,500 sign-on, weekly salary with travel pay and meal stipends, and additional regional raffles and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with interstate driving experience.
• Clean MVR and PSP.
• Must be at least 23 years old and have a minimum of 2 years of full-time verifiable tractor-trailer experience OR 21 years old with 1 year of tractor-trailer experience IF a graduate from a Truck Driving School or 1 year of Military experience.
• Stable work history.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass a pre-employment Background check.
• All drivers must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the public, understand highway signs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Load, haul, and deliver food waste on intra- and interstate routes with multiple stops (15–25 per day).
• Operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles per DOT requirements.
• Operate pallet jack as needed.
• Rinse bins and containers with a pressure washer to keep client locations clean.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic repairs as needed.
• Maintain truck equipment and cleanliness; submit documentation to the safety manager.
