Job summary

Amarr Company is seeking an experienced CDL A driver to join our West Chester, OH distribution center as a full-time team member. This role focuses on touch freight, loading and unloading, and safe, efficient deliveries across our network.

You will load and unload vehicles, service customers, and support warehousing tasks. Expect 3–5 years of driving experience, English proficiency per DOT, and occasional overnight trips to Nashville. The job emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL A license, be at least 21 years old, and possess a clean driving record.
• 3-5 years+ experience driving a commercial vehicle.
• Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines.
• Must be able to consistently lift 50-75 lb.
• May need to travel 1-2 overnights to Nashville.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to operate power tools.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle regionally with overnight stays.
• Provide deliveries to customers and Amarr Door Centers safely and timely.
• Provide personal attention to customer requests or product needs.
• Perform warehousing and merchandise handling tasks in all phases of operations.
• Perform customer assistance by completion of required staging and assembly tasks.
• Assist with distribution center warehousing tasks such as unloading inbound freight and loading dock duties.
• Assist in the completion of production orders if not on the road.
