Job summary

Reworld is seeking a CDL Driver II in Pasadena, CA to transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste between Reworld facilities and client sites. You will operate vacuum tankers, trucks, vans, and flatbeds, following DOT rules and safety procedures.

The role requires 21+, CDL A/B with tanker endorsement, 3+ years of Class A driving (tanker), and a clean driving record. Regional or home daily work is possible. Benefits include a strong 401(k) match and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older due to interstate travel in a commercial vehicle.
• CDL Class A or B with tanker endorsement required.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial Class A driving experience, including tanker experience.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Regional or home daily travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial vehicles to safely transport goods/materials over long distances according to safety procedures and DOT regulations while meeting scheduled appointments.
• Drive trucks and operate specialized pump equipment on vehicles to load, unload, or disperse cargo or materials.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections of vehicle and equipment.
• Administrative tasks and paperwork related to transportation of hazardous/non-hazardous materials and vehicle/equipment maintenance.
• Ensure the placarding of the vehicle meets DOT regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers regarding instructions and delivery status.
