American Driver in Phoenix, AZ seeks drivers to join a predictable regional fleet. You will run a fixed loop from Phoenix through Las Vegas or St. George to SoCal and back, averaging 1,600–2,100 miles weekly with a dedicated dispatcher.

Expect guaranteed weekly pay, full benefits, and a structured paid training program with mentorship, advancing to full solo mileage rates after training.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL and up-to-date DOT Medical Card.
• Age 21 or older.
• New graduates welcome (120+ hours from an accredited CDL school required) OR 6+ months of verifiable solo OTR experience.
• Clean driving record and background check.
• Must pass hair and urine drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate a fixed regional loop out of Phoenix through Las Vegas or St. George to SoCal and back.
• Maintain 1,600–2,100 miles weekly with a dedicated dispatcher planning your week.
• Handle drop-and-hook freight with minimal live loads/unloads.
• Adhere to safety and DOT requirements while on the road.
