Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for paid training and a regional dry van driving role. Trainees will be supported throughout a 3–5 week orientation before moving to an assigned late-model tractor, with weekly home time and a steady regional schedule.

After training, drivers can expect $1,600–$1,800 per week with direct deposit every Friday and opportunities for safety and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license is required or must be obtained prior to driving independently.
• ELDT certification completed through FMCSA-registered training provider.
• At least 120 hours of CDL instruction.

Responsibilities

• Attend paid training; progress to a late-model tractor.
• Operate regional dry van loads with mostly no-touch freight and drop-and-hook where possible.
• Maintain compliance with DOT physicals and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements.
• Return home weekly on a regular regional schedule.
