10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional driving opportunities, offering paid training, a smooth transition into solo driving, and consistent weekly pay. After completing 3–4 weeks of paid training at $850 per week, you will drive solo regional routes in new equipment with no-touch drop-and-hook loads.

This role provides weekly pay ranging from $1,600 to $1,900 after training, regional home time weekly or bi-weekly, and a supportive environment for recent CDL school

Qualifications

• Recent CDL-A graduates are considered individually and must meet all company hiring and safety standards.
• No professional driving experience required.
• Must meet applicable DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid training program for 3–4 weeks at $850 per week.
• Move into solo regional driving with your own truck after training.
• Run dry van freight with no-touch drop-and-hook loads.
• Enjoy weekly pay and consistent home time (weekly or bi-weekly).
