Job summary

Amanwithaplanservices is seeking CDL A drivers for regional dedicated dry van routes across TX, OK, LA, MS, AR, TN and AL. Trainees with limited 53' tractor trailer experience may join. Expect no touch freight, drop & hook, and 2 weeks out with a 34-hour reset.

In training, you’ll earn a $650 weekly flat rate for 4–6 weeks OTR depending on verifiable experience. After training, pay ranges from $0.59–$0.72 per mile with an estimated $1100–$1300 weekly average, plus benefits as a W2 employee.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required or willingness to start as trainee
• 6 months 53' tractor trailer experience within the last year preferred or trainee
• Clean driving record with no incidents in the past year
• Hair follicle drug screen required

Responsibilities

• Drop & hook, live load/unload - no touch freight
• Regional dedicated dry van routes across TX/OK/LA/MS/AR/TN/AL
• Approx. 1700-2000 miles per week; 2 weeks out, 34 hr reset
• Pay: $0.59–0.72 per mile based on experience; weekly $1100–$1300 average
• W2 + benefits
