Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL Drivers, both experienced and recent CDL school graduates, to run our Northeast Regional lane. This position covers freight movement throughout the New England states down to Virginia, with weekly home time and consistent, strong earning potential.

Compensation includes $1,600-$1,800 per week, $0.80-$0.85 per mile based on experience, $15 stop pay, $80 unload pay, and a monthly safety bonus, with full benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of training.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions in the past 5 years.
• Cannot have been terminated from most recent employment for any reason.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years.
• Solid 10-year work history with minimal employment gaps (max 6 months in the last year, 1 year in the last 3).
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Run the Northeast Regional lane from New England states down to Virginia.
• Handle 100% touch dry van freight, including full hand unload and unload assist.
• Operate day and night hours as needed and work with a trainer for 4–6 weeks if less than 6 months of experience.
• Maintain weekly home time and adapt to orientation at the hub location closest to residence.
• Average about 1,800 miles per week.
