Job summary

American Driver LLC in Salt Lake City-area regional lanes is hiring solo, team, and owner-operator drivers. Expect predictable weekly home time and steady freight with 1,900–2,200 miles weekly, plus stop/unload pay on top of mileage earnings.

Starting mileage rate is $0.55 per mile with productivity pay. New drivers receive a 3-month pay guarantee after going solo and can earn $1,300–$1,800 weekly depending on productivity.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required for all applicants.
• 120+ hours of CDL training completed.
• At least 6 months of OTR experience in the last year or 12+ months in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate solo, team, or owner-operator configurations.
• Maintain 1,900–2,200 miles per week in a regional lane network.
• Adhere to safety policies, drug testing, and company procedures.
