Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring CDL-A drivers, including recent graduates, for regional dry van routes with weekly home time and paid training. This is a W2 driver position with steady weekly pay and modern equipment.

You will complete a 3-5 week paid training, run regional hauls with no-touch or light freight, and enjoy benefits such as day-one medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid orientation. Safety and performance bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license required.
• Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction for paid training eligibility.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT hiring requirements.
• Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Regional dry van routes with consistent miles and weekly home time.
• Operate late-model tractors with no-touch loads when possible.
• Participate in paid training and orientation.
