Job summary

Smartlogisticsgroup is seeking entry-level Regional Truck Driver candidates holding a valid CDL-A. This role offers paid training, predictable weekly home time, and modern tractors and trailers for regional routes.

You will complete regional deliveries and perform pre-/post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and communicate professionally with dispatch and customers. Training helps new drivers develop into experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license for operation in the United States.
• Willingness to participate in paid training.
• Ability to work a regional schedule with weekly home time.
• Eligible to pass pre-employment screenings and medical certifications.
• Comfort operating modern tractors and trailers and maintaining logs.

Responsibilities

• Operate company tractor-trailers safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Complete regional deliveries and pickups per routes and schedules.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report defects or maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate driving logs and required documentation.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and operations staff.
