Flint Logistics is seeking CDL-A truck drivers for a regional, home weekly role with 100% no-touch dry-van freight across the lower 48.

Pay ranges from $1,400 to $1,600 per week, with a $1,200 weekly minimum during the first 90 days, plus $1,000 orientation pay.

Equipment includes Freightliners, Volvos, and Peterbilts (2017–2022); route emphasizes drop-and-hook freight and regular home time, with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k). Orientation travel is provided and meals are included.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in the last 24 months or 1 year in the last 3 years
• CDL-A license in state of residence
• Experience with trailers 48 feet or longer
• Current DOT physical or assistance with the cost of obtaining a new one

• Haul general commodities across the lower 48 states
• Operate and manage 100% no-touch freight
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with regulations
