C.R. England, a premier long-haul refrigerated carrier, is hiring a CDL-A dedicated driver for a regional lane starting in Ridgefield, WA. Expect home weekly with a 34-hour reset, two to four loads per trip, and three to four stops per load.

Shifts vary with no set schedule, offering day and night coverage and a strong weekly pay model. The role requires a valid CDL-A, 21+ years old, and 3+ months of recent Class A experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 3 months of recent Class A CDL experience.
• Weekly Pay.

Responsibilities

• Hand unload the trailer using rollers.
• Average 2–4 loads with 3–4 stops per load.
• Lane runs Ridgefield, WA with regional travel across WA, OR, ID, UT and MT.
• Home Time: 34-hour reset weekly; day off may be Saturday or Sunday.
• There are both day and night shifts; no set shift.
• Park at a safe authorized location if you live >50 miles from Ridgefield.
• Commuter pay items: breakdown $200/day, backhaul pay $15/load, Dunnage $15, DOT inspection $25.
• Safe and on-time bonus up to 3% weekly.
