Job summary

J Rose Logistics is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for its Southwest regional fleet. This role offers steady dry van freight, consistent miles, and weekly home time with a 5–5.5 day out cycle.

Drivers receive competitive weekly earnings, cents-per-mile pay, detention and breakdown pay, and full benefits. Take-home truck privileges are allowed during weekly home time, with retirement matching and paid holidays included.

Qualifications

• Need valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• Minimum 6 months verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Recent driving activity within the last 90 days.
• Must pass DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional Southwest routes in dry van freight.
• Provide consistent mileage with weekly home time.
• Utilize high-efficiency drop-and-hook operations where possible.
