Job summary

DLI is seeking experienced CDL A regional dry van truck drivers in Minnesota to join a stable carrier with 28+ years in transportation. Earn approximately $85,800–$92,500 annually with a $0.66 CPM pay rate and an average of 2,500–2,700 miles weekly, plus consistent regional freight and strong benefits.

You'll be home 1.5–2 days each week, with paid orientation and training, 401(k) with profit sharing, and life/ disability insurance. Routes run Midwest to South Carolina, with safety first culture.

Qualifications

• CDL A license required with minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Regional routes require 5–6 days away from home.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Transport freight safely and efficiently on established regional lanes.
• Maintain communication with dispatch regarding deliveries and route updates.
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards.
