FirstFleet is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our long-standing Kroger account in Bluffton, IN. This is a stable, customer-dedicated opportunity with excellent pay, benefits, and late-model equipment.

Average salaries are around $88,400/year with top performers earning up to $105,000/year. A $4,500 sign-on bonus is paid weekly over 6 weeks, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Class A CDL from your state of residence.
• 3 months of verifiable experience.
• No DUI/DWI convictions within past 5 years.
• No chargeable D.O.T. reportable accidents within the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Store deliveries with palletized freight.
• Multi-stop routes with 425 miles average per load.
• Night shifts and weekend work.
• Driver assist and pallet jack operation.
