Job summary

Flint Logistics is seeking CDL-A drivers for regional routes based in St. Louis, MO. You will haul general and refrigerated freight across established regional lanes with regular weekly home time and 2,500–3,000 miles per week.

Pay ranges from $1,400 to $1,550 per week, with quarterly raises for safety and productivity. New hires receive $100 per day during orientation and travel expenses are covered. Trucks are late-model Kenworth T680s with modern amenities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL-A license.
• Must maintain current medical card.
• Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Transport regional freight (general and refrigerated).
• Cover 2,500–3,000 miles per week.
• Maintain weekly home time and route planning.
• Coordinate with dispatch on freight plans and timing.
• Ensure safety and on-time deliveries.
