Job summary

Rouse Trucking is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for regional, no-touch freight with most trips around 250 miles. You will enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with a consistent 48-hour weekend reset for dependable home time.

Drivers receive weekly earnings in the $1,350–$1,450 range, with extra pay for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time. Assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadia and comprehensive health coverage further support drivers.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license and minimum one year of documented over-the-road experience.
• Professional CDL-A drivers should be comfortable with regional freight and consistent weekday route movement.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes with an average of ~250 miles per trip and no-touch freight.
• Maintain safety and on-time delivery while adhering to company policies and logs.
• Coordinate with dispatch for optimal routing and scheduling.
