Job summary

GEX Transport in Buffalo, NY is seeking Class A drivers for regional routes with weekly home time and about 1,700 miles per week. The job offers consistent miles and competitive pay while operating in the Northeast.

Recent graduates are welcome: orientation is paid and you will train with a Driver Mentor. Experienced drivers need at least 6 months of verifiable experience and must meet all CDL requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license is required.
• Recent CDL A Truck Driving School Certificate of minimum 120 hours.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Over the Road or Regional driving requires 6 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation and Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.
