Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking CDL-A regional drivers for a Northeast fleet based in the Watertown, CT area. Drivers enjoy consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Routes extend from northern North Carolina to Maine, with home time on Saturdays and Sundays and pay details including stops, detention, and Long Island deliveries.

Trucks are Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth models. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) match, and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• At least 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional freight throughout the Northeast.
• Maintain weekly home time, typically Saturdays and Sundays.
• Accurately handle live loads, preloads, and stop/pay calculations.
• Follow DOT safety and medical requirements and company policies.
