You’ll earn 55-60.5 CPM (base + mileage bonus) plus $500 Transition Bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, with detention, layover, and extra stop pay on top of mileage. Medical/dental/vision after 90 days and a 401(k) match up to 6% are provided.
