You’ll earn competitive pay with 55–60.5 CPM base plus mileage bonuses, plus a $500 transition bonus and a $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Additional pay is provided for detention, layovers, and extra stops. Benefits include medical/dental/vision after 90 days, a 401(k) match up to 6%, and paid orientation and paid vacation.
