You’ll earn 55-60.5 CPM (base + mileage bonus) with a $500 transition bonus and a $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, plus detention, layover, and extra stop pay on top of mileage. Medical/dental/vision after 90 days, 401(k) match up to 6%, and paid orientation and paid vacation are offered.
