Earn 55-60.5 CPM plus mileage bonus, plus a $500 transition bonus and a $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Detention, layover and extra stop pay add on top of mileage, with medical/dental/vision after 90 days and a 401(k) match up to 6%.
