You’ll earn 55–60.5 CPM (base + mileage bonus) plus $500 transition bonus and a $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, along with detention, layover, and extra stop pay. Medical/dental/vision after 90 days, 401(k) match up to 6%, paid orientation and paid vacation are included.
