Job summary

LEM Trucking in Raleigh, NC is hiring a CDL A Truck Driver to run established regional and OTR freight lanes. Drivers earn $1,500 to $1,600 weekly with a guaranteed minimum pay when freight fluctuates, ensuring income stability.

You’ll be home every other weekend for a 48-hour reset, with no-touch dry van freight, drop-and-hook when possible, and modern 2019–2023 Freightliners. Paid orientation provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• At least 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• Meet DOT qualification standards and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Haul no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook and live load/unload.
• Operate regional and OTR lanes with consistent dispatch and miles.
• Maintain safe, on-time performance and compliance with regulations.
