You’ll earn 55-60.5 CPM (base + mileage bonus) plus $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Detention, layover, and extra stop pay apply on top of mileage. Benefits include medical/dental/vision after 90 days, 401(k) match up to 6%, and paid orientation plus vacation.
