Job summary

Wooster Motor Ways is hiring safety-focused CDL-A company drivers for regional lanes. Earn $1,500 - $1,800 per week with a guaranteed $1,350 weekly minimum. Daily local and regional runs, drop-and-hook, live unload at delivery.

You’ll be home daily or weekends, depending on route, with drivers in the Plymouth / Wabash area home frequently. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and 8 paid holidays plus vacation.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 1 year of verifiable CDL-A experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must meet DOT/FMCSA physical requirements.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Haul general freight and specialized loads safely and on time.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Secure and inspect cargo and follow handling procedures for hazmat or temp-sensitive freight.
• Keep accurate HOS logs and DOT paperwork.
• Verify BOLs and collect signatures at delivery.
• Handle basic maintenance (fluids, minor fixes) and keep equipment clean.
