Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A CDL drivers for a regional position across the Western states. The program supports new graduates with on-road training alongside an experienced trainer before solo runs.

Post-training pay ranges from per-mile rates and weekly guarantees, with a full benefits package after 30 days. Expect 2,300 miles weekly, 34-hour biweekly resets, and day/night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours of training or have prior Class A driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets or license suspensions in the past 5 years.
• No DUIs within the past 5 years.
• Solid 10-year work history with limited gaps (max 6 months last year, 1 year in last 3 years).
• Must pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Run lanes throughout all states west of the Mississippi.
• Operate 53' dry van trailers with a mix of drop-and-hook and live load/unload freight.
• Maintain 2,300 miles per week on average and follow safety policies.
• Undergo orientation and initial training before solo runs.
