Job summary

Atlantic Cargo Co is seeking CDL-A regional team drivers based in the Memphis, TN area. You’ll run dedicated lanes to the West and Southwest with 3–4 weeks out and a 34-hour reset, earning consistent weekly pay and dependable miles.

Guaranteed pay starts at $2,000 per driver plus mileage pay, with potential to earn $2,550–$3,200 per week. Benefits include $1,000 sign-on bonus, DOT inspection bonus, and a team referral program, with direct deposit every week.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A
• Minimum 6 months verifiable OTR or Regional experience
• Clean MVR
• Basic English communication

Responsibilities

• Operate regional Memphis-based lanes, primarily outbound to California, Utah, Colorado and Arizona, with return freight to Memphis.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safe driving practices; complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and cooperate with dispatch for efficient operations.
