10-4 Logistics USA is hiring entry-level Class A CDL truck drivers for regional routes. This entry-level position is open to recent CDL school graduates and new CDL-A holders who are ready to start building experience behind the wheel.

No prior professional driving experience is required, and 120 hours of completed CDL school training is enough to qualify. Drivers earn per-mile pay of $0.55 to $0.65 with about 2700 miles weekly and home time weekly or every two weeks.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL school training.
• ELDT completion through an FMCSA-registered provider.
• Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and enroll in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• No professional driving experience required.
• Acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on regional routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Comply with DOT hours-of-service regulations.
• Maintain logs and delivery documentation.
• Deliver freight on schedule and communicate with dispatch.
• Follow company safety procedures and professional standards.
