Job summary

Updike Distribution Logistics is hiring CDL-A drivers for regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. Straightforward pay, real bonuses, and a carrier that respects your time on the road.

Pay bonuses include 55 CPM base plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus (60.5 CPM total), a $500 transition bonus, layover pay, detention pay, and extra stop pay. Benefits feature health, dental and vision after 90 days, 401(k) match up to 6%, paid vacation (1–3 weeks

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• Experience on regional Southwest lanes preferred.
• Ability to manage time on the road and adhere to schedules.

• Maintain delivery readiness and on-time performance.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.
