365 Freight USA is seeking safety-first Class A CDL drivers for regional routes east of I-35, serving Raleigh, NC. You’ll enjoy a predictable schedule, weekly home time with a guaranteed 48-hour weekend reset, and modern, 2025–2026 equipment with no-slip seating and 100% no-touch freight.

Compensation includes a base rate of $0.55 CPM, detention and layover pay, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits after 30 days, plus a 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and active DOT medical card.
• Clean MVR record.
• Minimum 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
• Recent CDL school graduates welcome with up to 6 weeks paid training and tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes east of I-35, serving Raleigh, NC area with a predictable schedule.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies and DOT regulations.
• Deliver 100% no-touch freight (drop-and-hook) and work with modern equipment.
