Updike Distribution Logistics, LLC operates true regional lanes across AZ, Southern CA, Northern CA, NV, and UT—providing consistent freight while keeping you closer to home.

You’ll earn 55-60.5 CPM (base + mileage bonus), plus a $500 Transition Bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, with detention, layover, and extra stop pay on top of mileage. Benefits include medical/dental/vision after 90 days, 401(k) match up to 6%, and paid orientation and vacation.
